Quinn Conyers is an award-winning speaker, entrepreneur, and coach showing black businesswomen how to turn conversations into cash. Quinn has never hosted a 3-Day Challenge and she wanted to host her first one to enroll new clients in her Profit From Public Speaking Coaching Program.

We were hired by Quinn and her team for 1) Challenge Development 2) Marketing Strategy Development 3) Ad Strategy 4) Ad Setup & Management. We took a comprehensive approach to this project by ensuring that each step of the process we would see maximum results.

We started by designing Quinn’s challenge using our Movement Launch Method. Using this method we started by creating a disruptive message that would capture her audience’s attention and chose a tasty title they would be attracted to. Next, we crafted a content strategy that would highlight her methodology for transforming her customers and adding special tactics to boost consumption rates. Lastly, we crafted a strategy to boost show-up rates for attendees and designed a strong pitch built for maximum conversion.

The next step in the process was to design Quinn’s marketing strategy. We gave her our signature Live Launch marketing schedule which includes pre-, during, and post-challenge content promotion.

The last step in the process was to craft a comprehensive ad strategy. Our strategy included crafting the messaging and ad copy. From there we pinpointed the specific audience and targeting we would use for each ad set. Next, we designed ad creatives. Lastly, we pulled all the pieces together and set up her ads. Once ads went live we monitored key performance metrics and made adjustments as necessary.

  • Quinn’s 3-Day Challenge had an ad spend of $1K and generated $30K. Her total Return On Ad Spend was 30.

  • Her total Return On Investment was 300%.

  • Her tripwire/bump offer brought in $1625. She did not come out of pocket for her ad spend and had a profit of $625.

  • Quinn’s Cost Per Lead was $15 which is moderate for the business industry.
